Do you work to Kazakhstan codes?
Yes. Working documentation follows current Kazakhstan codes and goes through state expertise. For international clients we also follow international standards.
Can we order only the working project for someone else's concept?
Yes, that is a separate format: we adapt another architect's concept to Kazakhstan codes, issue all disciplines and support expertise.
Where do you work?
Mainly Kazakhstan — Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau and other cities — with projects in Uzbekistan and the UK.
Which languages do you work in?
Russian, English and Kazakh — documents and correspondence in the client's language.
How is the fee set?
It depends on area, complexity and the stages included. After the brief we send a proposal with scope and timeline.
