We design buildings that make it to site

ADV Qazaq brings together a British school of architecture and a full-cycle team in Kazakhstan. We have worked here since 2006 — from masterplans of hundreds of hectares to headquarters interiors; the team has designed over 14.5 million m².

One team carries the concept, working documentation to Kazakhstan codes, state expertise and site supervision. The idea approved at sketch stage reaches the building intact.
