Riverside club house
85 apartments in the foothills by the river: a balconied glass south façade facing the mountains and a pierced stone shell to the north.
Set in the foothills of the Zailiysky Alatau south of Almaty: 85 apartments totalling 15,000 m² with underground parking and a fitness club on a riverside site.
A small, exclusive development for Sat Zhol on a magnificent site of about one hectare, its southern aspect open to mountain views, the river walkway and the sun.
