Hotel & offices
A 300-bed hotel, ballroom, spa and office block around a shared podium with a raised garden for guests and office workers.
The proposal arranges a series of building uses around a shared podium with high-quality retail units, entrances and circulation routes.
On a main thoroughfare, the site called for a striking landmark, achieved through high-quality materials, lighting and a transparent signature reception. The podium carries a raised communal garden for office workers and hotel guests; the scheme includes a 300-bed hotel with a penthouse executive suite, ballroom, spa, conference and executive centre, and an office block.
