A 214,000 m² residential complex on 9 hectares facing the Tian Shan: eight-storey buildings with penthouses and garden apartments, an artificial lake and shared amenities.
A prestigious 214,000 m² residential development. Eight-storey buildings are topped with penthouses and grounded with garden apartments.
The site includes a spa, restaurant, shops, sports and leisure facilities, and a landscape design that makes careful use of the existing terrain and nearby water to create an artificial lake with a bridge.
