Office building
The design grows from the apple, Almaty's emblem: the envelope peels open and water greets visitors at the entrance.
The design reinforces through imagery the relationship between the building, its occupants and the city. We took the identity of Almaty, the town of apples, and generated a response based on the structure of the apple and the process of revealing its contents.
The principle of organic growth is reinforced by water — an important part of the entry sequence and a link to natural elements.
