A competition entry for the Republic Tower in Astana: 37,160 m² net internal area of high-quality offices, a rooftop restaurant, a business centre and a five-star hotel.
The entry was runner-up, and BI Group has since commissioned the team for a number of mixed-use schemes in Kazakhstan.
